Cancellation Policy – Private Transfer Service

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests as best as possible. However, due to the nature of our private transfer service and the logistics involved, we’ve established the following cancellation and waiting time policies:

Cancellation Terms

• All cancellations for private transfers are subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the total quoted value of the service or reservation, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

• This fee covers operational and administrative costs associated with preparing the vehicle and driver for your scheduled service.

Waiting Time Policy

• Each private transfer includes up to 50 minutes of complimentary waiting time starting from your scheduled pickup time.

• After the initial 50 minutes, a charge of $40 USD per additional hour of waiting will apply. This fee will be billed directly to the client.

Important Note for Airport Pickups

• Please note that Cartagena’s Rafael Núñez International Airport can experience delays during check-in and baggage claim. We recommend keeping this in mind when selecting your pickup time to avoid unnecessary waiting charges.
