Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation by the Client

  • If the client decides to cancel the service, a penalty equivalent to 50% of the total reservation value will be applied.

2. Rescheduling or Refund in Cases of Force Majeure

  • In duly justified cases of force majeure, the client will have the option to reschedule the service at no additional cost or request a full refund of the amount paid.

3. Procedure for Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Requests for cancellation or rescheduling must be communicated through our official customer service channels, providing reservation information and the corresponding justification.

4. Deadlines for Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Requests made outside this period will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. No-Show by the Client

  • If the client does not show up at the agreed place and time for the service, and has not notified us in advance, it will be considered a late cancellation, and a penalty of 100% of the reservation value will be applied.

6. Modifications by the Agency

  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel the service in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. In such situations, we will offer the client the option to reschedule the service or receive a full refund.

  • Force majeure events are considered to be unforeseeable and unavoidable events that prevent the execution of the service, such as natural disasters, health emergencies, social conflicts, among others.
